Against the backdrop of the acquisition of Nigeria Timothy Homotoso, South Africa social media users have to request its deportation from the country with immediate effect.

The South Africans experienced a series of intense emotions recently, as the tragic case of Cwecwe, seven years old, took over the country, citizens demanding justice for the child and her family. As he continues to request #Justiceforcwecwe, it was revealed that after eight years in prison and participating in the trial, Nigerian pastor Timothy homotoso and his co-accourse Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitha were paid after not being guilty of all the charges by Judge Irma Schoeman at the Eastern Court.

The news of the payment came as a surprise for the social users, as the notorious pastor has faced a multitude of accusations, including rocket, trafficking in persons, rape, sexual aggression and contravention of the law on immigration. According to these users, the least of the South -African government and the justice system could do after continuously failed victims of genre -based violence (GBV) was to deport the Nigerian native with immediate effect.

With the actions of Herman Mashaba, who led the accusation, South -Africans revealed the frustration with the verdict who found the innocent homotoso of 63 accusations. Much of the frustration has been directed to the National Authority for Purchase (NPA) for his inability to prove the guilt of homotoso beyond any reasonable doubt, which Judge Irma mentioned as the main reason behind his decision.

According to actions and some citizens, the deportation of the pastor would be the only logical step to do, as South Africa should not house people who have had such serious accusations against them. In addition, they believe that his presence in the country is no longer in the public interest ”.

With the current status of homotoso classified as “forbidden person” by the internal business department, his critics claim that he is technically responsible for deportation in accordance with South -African law and stressed that, despite the verdict, his continuing stay in the country would be a Dnager for more young people in the country. These users believe that its ability to stay in the country can be attributed to illegally obtained documents, further opening the government of South Africa to critics.
