Iceland Seafood International HF: The result of bond offer

In relation to the bond bond in the ICEA series 28 10 yesterday, the holders of the ICEEA 25 06 series were offered to sell series holdings at a clean price of 100,8715 in exchange for the subscriptions made in the offer.
The exchange offer results in SA and Purchase Back 2.880 M nominal in the ICEEA series 25 06.
It is expected that the settlement will take place on April 7^Th 2025.
The offer is managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets.
