Obligations for the Toupel man accused of burglary and assault

Toupelo, Miss. (WCBI) – Bond is set at $ 40,000 for a man from Tupelo accused of entering a house and beat someone.

On March 30, the police were called to a disturbance reported on Albany Street.

The officers were told that someone had entered the house through a window and assaulted one of the people there.

The suspect then left the area.

The police identified the suspect as Jose C. Zuniga.

They arrested Zuniga yesterday, April 3, and accused him of a busy number of a busy home and an aggravated aggression.
