Two teenagers and father accused of killing a 22 -year -old man in Frostroof

FROFDPROOF, fla. (WWSB)-The sheriff’s biro in Polk County arrested two minors, and the father of one of the boys, about killing a 22-year-old man in Frostproof on February 23.

On Sunday, at about 17:08, the PCSO Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call on a possible shooting on Washington Terrace from Frostproof.

When the first respondents arrived, they found Juan German-Garo, 22, Jr., in his vehicle, with more wounds to shooting. He was declared dead at about 5:28 pm

PCSO homicide detectives have found two large bags of marijuana in the victim’s vehicle.

Witnesses offered a description of two suspects to the detectives, who made the area and located the 15 -year -old suspect.

The teenager initially told the detectives that he has no crime knowledge.

The red panel, shoes and red backpacks seen by witnesses were located in his house. Then he admitted to the detectives that he and his friend, a 16-year-old, met the victim to buy marijuana.

He said that his friend spoke to the victim from the front driver’s side window for a few minutes, then removed a weapon and shot the victim several times. Both suspects then fled the stage.

The PCSO detectives contacted the Highland County Sheriff’s office for assistance after finding out the 16 -year -old’s father, Charles Jackson Jr. lived in Avon Park.

The detectives interviewed the father at home. He acknowledged that he saw the press conference held by the Sheriff Judd on February 24 and sent messages to his son, telling him to run and hide, because the law enforcement were looking for him.

The 16-year-old turned into the Southeast PCSO district station located in the Lake of Wales on February 24.

“Anyone who says that treatment of drugs such as marijuana is a low and nonviolet crime should not look further than this situation. Now, a young man is dead and two young people have thrown their lives, and their three families will never be the same, ”said Sheriff Grade Judd.

The 15 -year -old is accused of killing the first grade, attempted reinforced robbery, manipulating evidence and providing false information to a law application officer. He was arrested for criminal mistakes on a vehicle in 2021.

The 16 -year -old is accused of a first -degree murder, attempted reinforced robbery and manipulation of evidence. He was arrested in 2022 for the minor in possession of a weapon.

Charles Jackson Jr. was arrested for changing samples (to delete text messages between him and his son) and accessory for grade I.

His criminal historian includes 25 previous offenses and 14 previous offenses, and he was at the state prison twice on the basis of old battery convictions, the simple battery, fled to circumvent the law enforcement and the grandeur.

The usual weapon to kill German-Garo Jr. has not yet been located. It is a Draco pistol, which looks similar to an AK-47 without stock.
