NYPD that investigated the death of man found with a weapon wound at Staten Island Houseing Complex

Staten Island, NY – a man was found with a fatal weapon wound, Monday morning, in Stapleton, according to several sources of law enforcement.

The police responded to a report by a man who needs assistance on Monday, just before 9 am, at 29 Warren St., according to a spokeswoman for the Deputy Public Information Commissioner in NYPD.

The address provided by the police are at the Stapleton houses.

The officers found a 40 -year -old man who does not respond to the field in that location, said the police spokesman.

EMS pronounced the dead man on the spot.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, however, no crime is suspected at this time, said the police spokesman.

While the NYPD probe is initially conducting the weapon wound seems to be self -infected, several sources of law enforcement for The Advance/Sulive.com said.
