The Summa Defense UudenkaUpungin Työvene branch receives over 20 million Euro ships from Sweden

The Defense and Security Technology Group, the Target Defense Company, UudenkaupGin, Työvene, signed a contract to build two passenger ships with the battery-and-hander for the Swedish transport company Torghatten AB.

The ships will operate on the west coast of Sweden between Strömstad and the Koster Islands. The ships will rely on several maritime as design.

The total value of the contract exceeds 20 million euros.

The target companies of Summa Defense include Lännen Tractors, Aquamec, UudenkaUpong Työvene, Intlog and LightSpace Technologies. The holding of the current shareholders of the Meriaura Group in the new group of companies will be 11.9%, and that of the shareholders Summa Defense will be 88.1%.
