KESTRA MEDICAL announces the 10 mln IPO with a price range of $ 14.00

Washington (DPA -AFX) – Kestra Medical Technologies, Ltd., a wearing medical company and a digital health care company, announced on Wednesday the launch of its initial public offer of 10 million actions.

KESTRA intends to value its actions between 14.00 and $ 16.00 each.

Associates will have a 30 -day option to buy another 1.5 million KESTRA shares at the IPO price.

The company requested the list on the global selection market Nasdaq under the “KMT” symbol.
