Class action process was filed against Bay City Bridge Partners

Bay City, Mich. (Wnem) – Two law firms have filed a class action process against Bay City Bridge partners over bridge taxes.

The trial was submitted on Tuesday, March 4.

According to the official class Action site of Howard V UBP Bay City, LLC, Garske Hewitt PLC and Outside Council Ligal PLC have submitted the drivers forced to pay bridge taxes on January 1 to cross Independence Bridge.
