States arrested 17 years after mother, stepfather found dead in Waukesha

Waukesha, wis. (WDJT/CNN)-A 17-year-old boy from Waukesha is experiencing charges of the death of his parents.

Nikita “Niki” Casap, 17, appeared in court for the first time since his arrest in Kansas. He is experiencing accusations after his mother, Tatiana Casap, and his stepfather, Donald Mayer, were found dead on Friday night at the Waukesha Family House.

“I have to find a way to sleep, to lift and to continue and to have a normal life. I haven’t found it yet, “said Judith Mayer, Donald Mayer’s mother and the suspect’s grandmother.

According to the criminal complaint, Nikita Casap was absent from Waukesha West High School for two weeks before Judith Mayer, and a school resource officer, asked for a family’s well -house control. The 17 -year -old had a perfect presence.

The police found the parents of the suspect dead at home, with dry blood around the stage. The teenager had left with a weapon and their dog in the family vehicle, according to the judicial documents.

“It was awful, the worst thing a mother could ever happen,” said Judith Mayer.

The police have been pinging Nikita Casap’s phone in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado. The police pulled him on Saturday in a traffic stop in Wakeeney, Kansas, during which time he was arrested and he found evidence.

The 17 -year -olds face two offenses of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and theft of movable property. He appeared on a virtual extradition hearing on Monday at the district court in Trego County, Kansas. The judge magistrate gave Wisconsin to March 15 to bring him back to Waukesha.

While Nikita Casap is not accused of death of his parents, his grandmother struggles with the possibility of what could have happened.

“It is very difficult to accept that Niki killed his mother and father. It makes no sense, ”said Judith Mayer.

A hearing is scheduled for March 17 to ensure that the suspect is again in Wisconsin.
