Allahabad HC commands the CBI probe against the woman, her lawyer for filing false wires containing rape accusations

The High Court Allahabad Last week directed Central Investigation Office (CBI) To probe a woman and her lawyer for filing “false” fir trees for serious crimes, including rape.

The division’s bank passed this order while dealing with a plea Sections 64, 74, 115 (2), 316 (2), 324 (4), 333, 351 (3), 352 of the BNS, 2023 and section 66D of IT, 2008.

Before the court, the petitioner’s lawyer claimed that the informant/ victim in the instant case has regularly filed false/ wire complaints and filed up to 11 of them against a large number of persons; Now, the 12th is against the petitioners.

Also, the lawyer provided details about another 11 threads, claiming that all the complaints that the informant submitted were through the same lawyer.

On the other hand, the GMS also argued that such cases of complaint were filed in different offenses, and the current thread was also with the same thing.

She was also claimed that her lawyer also submitted many criminal and wire files against different people.

In view of the severity of the charges regarding the accommodation of a large number of criminal complaints by the victim/ informant through his lawyer against a large number of persons of a similar nature, the court considered that it is appropriate to direct the CBI to cancel the issue and to present its report until April 10.

In view of the above, until other orders, the Court provided that the petitioners are not arrested in this case unless there are sufficient and credible evidence against them, indicating the crime as claimed in the wire.
