The Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ team says CNN has changed the alleged Cassie Associate video

Sean’s legal team “Diddy” and the prosecutors in his federal case claim that the CNN’s explosive video showed him that he had abused his former friend Cassie Ventura in 2016 was edited and that the original filming was destroyed, which made it inadmissible in his traffic and missile.

In May of last year, CNN released shocking images of comb who attacked the Ventura at the Intercontinental Hotel in 2016, which caused the mogul to issue an apology video approaching the incident.

A registration in New York City claims that CNN has purchased the only well -known supervisory material, uploaded it into free editing software and changed the video. The letter says that CNN destroyed the original materials “even if he knew and repeatedly reported about the federal investigation.”

The letter also states that the filming that CNN has been released has been “substantially modified in significant aspects”, including covering the time stamp, changing the video sequence and accelerating the video to make it seem that the incident happened faster than it went. As a result, the letter states: “CNN videos do not correctly and accurately present the events in question.”

CNN and Combs representatives did not respond immediately to Varietythe comment request.

The submission notes that they will enter a motion to exclude the video from the use in the Combs process, which will start in May. While the Combs case is not related to the 2016 incident, the intended materials were intended to be used to show that it has violent tendencies.

Combs is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn while waiting for the process. In September 2024, he was accused of missile conspiracy; sex traffic with force, fraud or constraint; and transportation to engage in prostitution.
