The Great Jury of Knox County hand over 9 indictment

Mount Vernon – a big jury of Knox county returned 10 indictments in its last session.

Among these cases was Patrick D. Yoder, 36 years old, who was for aggravated murder, an unsuccessful crime; Specifications to count one, an offense; Confiscation specification, an offense. That sHoting took place last weekend.

Carter J. Gallagher, 24 years old, from Fredericktown, rape, grade I.

Ashley M. Counts, 36, from Marengo, drugs aggravated, a second -degree crime.

Jessie M. Miller, 38 years old, from Sparta, aggravated drug trafficking, a third -degree crime.

Corey A. Offineer, 40 years old, from the gambier, disrupting public services, a rank of fourth; Two accusations of domestic violence, both 1 -degree offenses; Two accusations of aggravated threats, both offenses of grade I.

Aaron K. Eldridge, 66, from Mount Vernon, having weapons while in disability, a third -degree crime; The confiscation specification regarding the counting of one, an offense; Cocaine traffic, a 1st degree offense; Major specifications of drug offenders to count two; two confiscation specifications to count two; 20 accusations of illegal use of a minor in material or performance oriented towards nudity, all second -degree crimes.

Shawn A. Caudill, 47, without address, theft, a third degree offense; Assault, an offense of grade I.

Natalee K. Pilotti, 40, from Mount Vernon, drug detention, a fifth degree offense.

Chase A. Sherman, 40 years old, from Mount Vernon, having weapons while in disabilities, a third -degree crime; Confiscation specification to count one; Possession aggravated by drugs, a third -degree crime.
