The new bill would include electronic bicycles for reckless driving offenses

Carson City, nev. (Kolo) – A new bill was introduced that would include electronic bicycles for accusations of reckless driving offenses.

AB168 states that all riders of electronic bicycles and e-cotters are subject to all duties as a driver of a vehicle.

According to the Police of the School District of Clark County, 84 students were hit by vehicles this year, of which 6 involved an electronic bicycle or an E-SCOTER.

The draft law was heard, but no measures were taken.
