Suspect accused of crime 5 Owi while traveling 2 years old

Viroqua city, wis. (Weau) – A suspect is accused of OA 5 -a Owi offense.

According to the office of the Sheriff of Vernon County, on February 25, 2025, around 12:00, the authorities received a report of a car that worked erroneously on the American Highway 14.

The press release says the vehicle was stopped on the US 14 highway, near the intersection between Sherpe Road, Rural Westby, Wis., In the city of Viroqua.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Kelli Doughman, 35 years old, from La Crosse, Wis. Doughman was arrested under the suspicion of working while he was in a state of intoxication, the 5th crime.

Doughman was traveling with a 2 -year -old child, according to the press release.

The Department of Human Services in Vernon County attended the incident.
