Middlebury woman accused of DUI #2, driving with a suspended permit

Miderbury – a woman from Middlebury was arrested on Tuesday, under the suspicion that she drove under influence and worked with a criminal suspended permit.

Vermont State Police made a traffic stop at about 10:49 PM on Case Street, near Munson Road, after seeing a motor vehicle violation.

The driver was identified as Crystal M. Hall, 45, from Middlebury.

A check check showed that Hall’s license was criminally suspended in Vermont.

The troops reported observing the signs of impairment and said that Hall refused to participate in dexterity testing.

It was arrested and transported to the Middlebury Police Department for processing.

The hall was cited to appear at the upper court of Addison County, the criminal division, on March 17, at 12:30
