2 more accused of entering the Tumon Beach bar, taking alcohol | Local news

Two other men are experiencing criminal charges of an October 2024 theft of a tumon hotel bar.

A month ago, Jadon Samulski, an American navy living in the basic camp of the Marine body, was accused of a vent that took place at the Dusit Beach Resort Guam Tabu Bar bar. In Samulski’s loading documents, three other men were revealed were involved. Thursday, two of them, identified as Gabriel Cajas, 21, and Michael Schalow, 19, were accused at the Guam’s Superior Court.

Later, Dusit Thani provided GPD surveillance images, where it was noted that men fled to Hyatt Regency Guam in a White Ford, which was later found to be by Samulski. Cajas and Schalow were then identified by their employer.

While Samulski was accused in January, Cajas and Schalow were not questioned by GPD until Tuesday. Schalow has agreed to be interviewed and would have admitted to drink at the bar with the three male friends.

“When the Schalow defendant was notified of the videos showing the Schalow defendant and his friends, as described below, the Schalow defendant refused to comment or answer other questions. The Cajas defendant did not provide a statement,” the magistrate’s complaint said.

Video filming was later described in the complaint as showing Schalow, Cajas and Samulski “digging under the door of the shutter that kept the audience outside the Tabu Bar when it was not open for business.”

“The filming also shows the defendants who break and enter the Tabu bar and that the defendants removed the alcohol from the bar and walked around the bar.

The hotel’s security director continued to report to the police that, when he is supposed to dig under the bar, the suspects damaged the shutter door. It was estimated that the damage exceeds $ 7,000.

After being questioned by the police on Tuesday, Schalow and Cajas were arrested. Now they are experiencing charges by complicity as a second -degree crime, criminal mistakes by complicity as a third -degree crime and theft of property by complicity and criminal facilitation as crimes.

Samulski is facing the same accusations, according to judicial documents.
