Van Nistelrooy from Leicester finds no safety in number

London: Statistics tell a cursed story of Ruud Van’s reign Nistelrooy as Leicester City manager and aggravated on Thursday after a Loss La West Ham United.

Ever since he took the rudder from Steve Cooper at the end of November, Van Nistelrooy has only won two of 14 matches in Liga and has now lost 11 of the last 12.

The former Holland striker recorded 95 goals in the Premier League for Manchester United, but his Leicester now went four liga -free games, giving 12 at that time.

He cut a mournful figure on the London stadium, watching 2-0 lost in front of West Ham, and the question is now if it will continue to be on the touch line when they will travel to Chelsea on March 9th.

“What do you mean?” Van Nistelrooy replied when he was asked if he was still waiting. “I am continuous to work. Continuously.”

Leicester is in the 19th place in the table, at the level with Ipswich, but behind them on the difference in goal and five points in progress Wolverhampton Wanderers.

“We know the situation we are in, we know the table,” said Van Nistelrooy. “We know how fast football can be returned.”

Leicester brought more attackers in the second half, which thanked their manager.

“I saw two different halves. I saw a first half in which we tried not to lose and another half in which we tried to win,” Van Nistelooy said.

Their defense remains a clear weakness, but with a single clean sheet throughout the season and 61 goals granted.
