DRUG LORD Rafael Caro Quintero to be notified in NY after being transferred from Mexico

New York (AP) – Cartel leaders, Rafael Caro Quintero and Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, are to be notified in a US Federal Court in New York on Friday, behind them Surprise transfer from Mexico.
