Haryana: The body of the woman found filled in the suitcase next to the Sampla bus stand

An unidentified woman was found filled in a suitcase near the buse stand at the Sampla on the Rohtak-Delhi highway on Saturday, the police said.

The abandoned suitcase was observed by commuters 200 meters from the Sampla bus stand in Rohtak district, and the police were informed.

“When the suitcase was naked, I found the body of a woman between the ages of 22-25, with signs of injury on the neck. Police find the identity of the woman, “said Sunny Loura, Rohtak police spokesman.

Bijender Singh, the police officer at the police station, said a team with medical experts arrived at the scene and collected evidence.

“It seems that the woman was strangled by death before the body was filled in the suitcase. Scaning the CCTV cameras to find out when the suitcase was thrown here, ”he said.

The body was sent to the Institute of Medical Sciences in Rohtak (PGIMS), where it will be kept for 72 hours for identification.

The investigation is in progress, Sho said.
