Waterloo man accused of theft in Seneca Falls

A Waterloo man was arrested and charged with several crimes, including burglary, following a December incident, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.

Steven M. Foulkrod, 33, was arrested on February 28, at 22:48, after the officers were related to an illegal entry in a residence in Seneca Falls. Authorities say Foulkrod, along with a minor, were found inside a house without permission. While he was inside, Foulkrod would have damaged the property, causing what the police described as a “substantial inconvenience” to the owner.

Foulkrod is facing multiple accusations, including second -degree burglary (a class C crime), fourth grade conspiracy (a class E), fourth -degree criminal mistakes (a class A) and a class A Criminal Manipulation (a class B).

He was transported to the Center for the Application of Law in Seneca county, where the notification is waiting.
