No, this is not a pattern, a man actually shared the results of 500 pushups on YouTube – and there was actually a visible difference between previous photos and after.

I think it is fair to say that most of us do not do 500 in a single day, let alone in a single hour. However, beauty Internet is that you are never more than a few clicks by someone who pretends to do so.

The man behind this fairly impressive feat is neither fitness or gymnastics, but musician and Youtuber Jackson Hunter.

In a brief clip loaded on the video sharing platform, Hunter shared a highlighted assembly by doing numerous floats in his house, as well as in transformation before and after.

And to be correct, Hunter looked visibly larger in the upper chest, shoulders and arms.

Now, the cynics between us would declare that such a sudden transformation is impossible and weeps Photoshop. However, such a difference after a vigorous training is not completely unknown and it is something to which the gym refers to the fact that it is “swole”.

Also known as “muscle pump”, the modification is due to the increase of blood flow in the area after a training, which temporarily increases the muscle dimension.

You may even know some blocks that use this logic and add it to their prior routine. Because apparently showing Buff is just as important to take a shower and put your best clothes.

Because it is the internet, not everyone was convinced of Hunter’s rapid transformation.

A viewer claimed that his beard appeared longer in pictures before and after, while another criticized his shape in the video, claiming he did not actually make a push-up, because his chest did not touch the floor.

However, others were certainly impressed and thanked Hunter for motivating them to work on their fitness state. “Thank you brother appreciate the motivation,” a user wrote, while he added a second: “Dayum! I would like to do that! You will be one of the big ones.”

Fortunately you don’t have to crush 500 push-ups in one hour to take care of the body and stay healthywith the Mayo clinic (by The standard) advising that a 25-year-old man with a “good fitness level” should be able to make about 28 push-ups in a once, while a woman at the same age should be able to do 20.

This decreases as we grow older, as a 45-year-old man should follow 16 push-ups. For a woman at the same age, it decreases to 14 push-ups.

Which means that most of us have a lot of makeup.
