Alexander Brothers is facing more rape claims as NY Window closes

A number of trials against the brothers Alexander were deposited in New York last week, a few hours before the expiration of a city law, allowing survivors to sue their alleged perpetrators.

The measure of the city is similar to a state level provision, called the law of adult survivors, known as the status used by E. Jean Carroll to judge President Donald Trump in 2022. This has set a narrower time for victims of sexual violence to submit applications, with the window in November 2023.

The lawyers for the Alexandrians were pushed against the plaintiffs of the city law, claiming that it is reduced by the window created in accordance with the law of the state. A trial against Tal was rejected in January, after a judge participated in the defense, although the applicant, Angelica Parker, appeals to the decision.

The trials against the Alexander are separated from the criminal procedures that are played in New York and South Florida, although lawyers for the brothers have suggested that there is an overlap between women interviewed by prosecutors and those who have submitted civil applications.

The criminal investigation began after The real business For the first time they reported in June two processes submitted to New York by women who claim that they were raped in separate attacks in 2010 and 2012. In the following week, 28 women approached the lawyer who filed with similar charges.

Tal, Oren and Alon were arrested in Miami in December, after the federal authorities revealed an indictment that accused him of sex and conspiracy to commit sex traffic. Prosecutors say they have spoken with more than 60 women who claim that they were attacked by one or more of the Alexanders.

The statements in the civil processes have echoed what the prosecutors described in the indictment as a model of drug and sexual aggression of the women they met in bars, nightclubs and through meeting applications. The indictment also describes the attempts of the Alexandi to intimidate and discredited the alleged victims to prevent them from submitting accusations.

Prosecutors said they intend to expand the accusations against the brothers with a substitute requisition, which could be filed since spring. Prosecutors also stressed that other men, who have not yet been identified, have been involved in the alleged sex traffic scheme.

The federal process is provided for January 2026 in the southern district of New York, where all three brothers were transferred at the beginning of the year. Tal, Oren and Alon are detained with bail at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.

Oren, Alon and their family friend, Ohad Fisherman, also face state -of -rape charges in Miami, where Oren was accused of three charges of sexual assault and Alon and Ohad with a number of sexual batteries. Their process could start from May.

Howard Lorber, parents Alexander sued

In a bomb complaint filed on Friday, five women sued Tal, Oren and Alon, as well as their parents, Shlomy and Orly Alexander, Howard Lorber, Douglas Elliman and Kent Security of the Alexander family. Kent Security, one of the defendants in this complaint, is the private security company, where Alon was executive until his arrest. His mother, Orly, and her brother, Gil Neuman, lead the company, although Orly is no longer listed as an executive on his site.

2010

Laura Buck claims in his trial against Tal and Oren that, in 2010, Tal took marijuana that they smoked with another medicine that led to loss of control over her body. In a group attack on which he claims he included Oren and an unnamed perpetrator with a camera, Tal has entered it. Buck was a 20 -year -old student at that time.

“As Laura began to lose control, Tal became more sexually aggressive,” the complaint says on Thursday. Oren and the third person countless “appeared through the bedroom door, laughing maniac and frantically … Both men were completely naked and wore condoms, apparently ready to rape her.”

Buck managed to move away and go home. The next day, he went to a hospital to report the alleged attack and request a drug screen. The police, she said, blamed it for smoking marijuana, and the hospital did not perform a drug test. In another complaint filed last week, Ti Goodwin claims that Oren had sexually assaulted in February 2011. At a party, Oren handed Goodwin a drink before her “spiral in the dark”, says the trial. Another Jane Doe filed a summons, or a notification of an intention to sue in New York last week, claiming that Oren raped it at a 2011 real estate conference. The woman, a real estate agent, said in her statement that she had been drugged and attacked by Oren in her room. She is afraid she will be listed in the industry if her identity is revealed.

2012

In a separate complaint, a Jane Doe sued Tal, Alon and Oren, as well as Ivan Wilzig, Seth Irving, Lee Kalt and Malinda Carlton for an alleged 2012 attack at Wilzig’s Hamptons Estate, known as Sir Ivan’s Castle. .

Jane Doe said in her trial that she is 25, when Wilzig invited her to spend the day for the Castel Memorial. Also, last week, Alexis Zetle filed a lawsuit against Tal, claiming that he had been drugged and raped in New York several times in January 2015. In a separate process, Kristel Mills claims that Oren was drugged and raped in 2015. Mills said she was approached by Oren while she went to dinner with her friends at Hunt & Fish Club in New York. He invited him to a party at his apartment, but when they arrived, no one else was there, according to the complaint. Mills claims that he had drugged the drink she has prepared for her and that she felt that her mind is cloudy and her uncertain body.
