A subsequent search for a property revealed a passport on behalf of Stewart Ahearne and a book about Ming Dynasty Antiques, the court said.

Previously, the jurors heard how two of the defendants were involved in another burglary in Kent, the day before they were shot Mr. Allen.

A Renault Captur was employed by Stewart Ahearne from a dealer in Dartford and used by the other two defendants in a closed community in Kent, the court heard.
