Macklin Celebini will be a decision in time to play at Toronto Maple Leafs, Monday (19:30 Et; Prime, NBCSCA).

Rookie center and choice no. 1 of the NHL project in 2024 had two assistants in the loss of 5-3 sharks towards the senators in Ottawa on Saturday, but did not practice on Sunday due to a lower body injury.

Pittsburgh penguins

Tristan Jarry was reminded Monday from Wilkes-Barre/SCRANTON in AHL.

The goalkeeper returns to Pittsburgh after being placed on the renunciation of January 15 and assigned to AHL, once he wiped. Joel Blomqvist, a 23-year-old Rookie goalkeeper, was sent to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in a suitable movement, after leaving six 33 hits in losing the extension by 6-5 at Penguins at Maple Leafs.

It is expected to be the main starter for Pittsburgh entering the training camp, Jarry is 8-8-4 with a 3.31 goals compared to the average and .884 saving in 22 NHL games (21 starts) this season.

The 29-year-old is 6-5-1 with a percentage of 2.67 GAA and .908 saving in 12 games on two positions with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. He went there with a conditioning loan on October 26 and was 4-1-0 with a percentage of 2.16 GAA and .926 saving before being reminded on November 9.

“The previous left (in AHL) was as considered – conditioning,” said the general director of Penguins, Kyle Dubas, on January 15th. “He really didn’t get there to try to get his big game. I knew it would be two weeks.

Twice NHL All-Star (2020, 2022), Jarry is 144-93-29 in nine seasons since it was selected by penguins in the second round (no. 44) of the 2013 NHL project.

He will resume a tandem goalkeeper with Alex Nedeljkovic, who allowed a goal in the first shot in each of the last three starts. In the eighth season of his NHL and the second in Pittsburgh, Nedeljkovic is 12-12-5 with a percentage of 3.18 GAA and .892.

The penguins (24-29-10), who lost six out of seven (1-5-1), visit the avalancy in Colorado on Tuesday (9 pm et; SN-PIT, Alt, SNE, TVAS) on Tuesday. – Wes Crosby
