Jeff City Teen accused for two 2022 fires

A 19 -year -old Jefferson City was organized in the Prison in Cole County for two 2022 fires.

Prosecutors accused Allen D. Vaughn with two charges of shooting a firearm in a vehicle or a building, three charges of armed criminal action and an appeal number I.

The judicial documents claim that Vaughn was accused of shooting at a car on March 6, 2022 on Hess Way.

The victim and his vehicle were not hit by firearms.

On March 8, 2022, the officers located the vehicle in which Vaughn was, but ran when the officers approached.

The officers said they found a .45 Glock in the vehicle which, although not used during the fire incident, was reported stolen from Callaway County.

On April 10, 2022, the judicial documents claim that Vaughn pulled a 9 mm at another vehicle, this time hitting the vehicle.

The next day, the officers found Vaughn and arrested him.

They also said they found 9mm that was used in both shootings at Vaughn’s residence.

Vaughn took place in the prison in Cole County in September 2022.
