Lawton’s man, accused of guilty killing, arrested while stopping traffic

Lawton, Okla. (KSWO) – T’shun Dewayne Jones, the man who had a mandate for his arrest about Joseph Gann’s death, was arrested.

On March 5, Jones was arrested during a traffic stop by the Lawton Police Department’s Information Unit.

According to judicial documents, on February 25, Jones would hit Gann in front, causing him to fall and hit his head on the sidewalk.

Gann was seen lying in the parking lot at the arrival of the authorities. He was then taken to the hospital where he died later because of his wounds.
