Police are investigating employee theft suspected at the Convention Store: Bainbridge Township Police Blotter

Theft, East Washington Street:

A manager from the Shell gas stations reported an officer on the patrol on February 21. The management suspects an employee that he stole $ 518.56 in stores in the store, along with the consumption of alcoholic beverages at work. The manager arrived at the station at the beginning of February 1 to train a new employee to find the locked door and the bags behind the counter. The employee said he forgot to unlock the door and that the objects in the bag were expired and they were pointing to the garbage. According to the manager, those articles, if expired, would be held and returned to the credit distributor. The police examine the videos and investigate.

Theft, action market: Walmart Security called the police at noon February 26 for a shopping suspect they owned. Employees saw the woman from Cleveland, 51 years old, hide clothing in her big purse and changing labels on food she scanned at the check-out. It had unpaid articles totaling $ 311.24. The police have cited it for theft and the use of criminal instruments, which included the price changed. She will face the Chardon Municipal Court.
