Woman accused of attacked 2 men with frying pan News

A 32-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday, after being accused of attacked two men with a frying pan in a Hagåtña parking lot, according to a magistrate filed at the Superior Court.

The Kinomy Alafanso was accused with two charges of aggravated aggression as a third -degree crime, resisting arrest, public drunkenness as a small crime and two accusations of disordered conduct as a small crime.

At 2:45 am on Tuesday, the police were called in the parking lot in Meskla, where they found Alafanso walking with a pan.

Two men stood on the ground. The first, who had a scratch on his nose and complained of pain near his knees, told an officer that he was not sure what happened. He said he was with his friends – the other man and AlaFANSO – when Alafans “began to hit him with a frying pan,” the complaint said.

The man said he did not know where he received the pan, “but he thinks he did this just because he was in a state of intoxication and does not think clearly. They did not quarrel and did not have any type of altercation before the incident, ”the complaint said.

The second man refused to make a statement and showed only to his left arm when an officer asked if he was injured.

Also, the police interviewed a security guard who said he checks on the property when Alafanso approached his vehicle, hit his window and asked him to call the police.

The guard told the police that he saw the first man approaching Alafanso and tried to calm her down, but he appeared combative and hit the man several times with the frying pan, hitting his head, feet and back.

When the second man approached her, she pushed him down “and began to hit her with the pan, as well as on different areas of her body,” the complaint shows. Then he moved away from the men and began to hit a metal pillar with the pan.

Alafanso swore to an officer who told him to give up the pan, the complaint said. When he finally complied, the police noted that “he had red, bloody eyes and a strong smell of intoxicating drinks that emit from her person.”

While it was taken into arrest, it was removed and fought with the police, according to the complaint.

If found guilty by all the charges, he is experiencing more than seven years in prison. Judge Jonathan R. Quan ordered it to hold a $ 1,000 money bail.

Her last name was written in Alafanso in the documents submitted by the Office of the Attorney General in court, although her photo from the correction department wrote on Alafonso.
