The body of the child Magura transported at home with the helicopter

The body of a victim of eight -year -old rape is transported from the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka to her village in Magura with the helicopter.

On Thursday, March 13, the remnants were moved by ambulance from CMH to the old airport in Tejgaon after -then were transported to Magura under the supervision of the Bangladesh army.

The child died on Thursday at CMH around 1:00 pm. According to the public relations (ISPR), despite the advanced medical care and the efforts of expert doctors, her life could not be saved.

She suffered three cardiac stops that morning; Although stabilized twice, her heart did not recover after the third. It was admitted to CMH in critical condition on March 8th.

The army of Bangladesh expressed deep condolences to the grieving family, promising support and praying for the child’s soul.

Professor chief counselor Muhammad Yunus also mourned her death, calling -tragic loss because of the torture she endured in Magura. The Deputy Press Secretary Apora Jahangir said Yunus ordered the quick justice for those responsible.

At a press briefing of the secretariat, the law counselor, Dr. Asif Nazrul, announced that the process for rape and murder will start within seven days.

Police General Inspector (IGP) Baharul Alam has ensured that the investigation will be completed as soon as possible.
