Animal Services in the city of Iowa in search of two dogs involved in incident bites

Iowa City, Iowa (KCG) – Iowa City Animal Services are looking for two dogs involved in a dog bites investigation.

It happened on Thursday, around 12:40, in block 2900 on Creighton Street. This is right next to Lemme Elementary.

City officials said that a person was walking when she was beaten by two big dogs, a bit of one of them.

Animal services in Iowa said that dogs are described as pitbul mixtures.

One is a brown color. The other is black with some white fur.

It is believed that the black dog has bitten the person.

Animal services said they want to find dogs so they can check if they have been vaccinated for rabies.
