Woman accused of hitting the man with a fire extinguisher News, sports, jobs

Youngstown -Valerie Ross was scheduled for referral on Monday after -municipal Municipal Court for aggravated offenses and domestic violence in a Saturday afternoon -Miller Avenue from the south.

At 15:07, the officers were sent to Miller Avenue for a family violence call and found the victim next to him. The officers saw the victim have more bruises on his face, which were “symmetrical circles, which are already black and blue,” the report shows.

The victim said that Ross “beat him last night with a fire extinguisher”, so he closed in the basement. Ross, 39, found a sled and broke the basement door, he said. She attacked him in the basement, throwing on his genital organs, he said. He ran next to someone and someone called 911 for him, says a report.

While talking to the man, Ross left the couple’s house and was arrested and was placed behind a cruise, the report shows. The officers entered the couple’s house and saw damages made to break down the basement door, “together with finding manifestations all over the floor, at the written residence in Valerie’s hand writing, threatening to kill” the victim, the report shows.

Speaking to the neighbors, the officers were advised that Ross had threats for a man while the man “He was waiting for PD, saying I will get a weapon from the house and will shoot you,” the report shows.

The officers did not find firearms, but the officers were advised that “the last one he knew, in the basement were two (firearms)”, it is shown in the report, with the identity of the accuser being blackened.

The officers managed to “positively identify the fire extinguisher and the cylinder that matches the signs on the face (victim),” the report shows.

The victim was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for the treatment of his wounds, and Ross was taken to prison in Mahoning County. The “manifesto” was connected to the evidence, the report shows.

The second accused woman

In a separate incident, Amy Barnette, 20 years old, was accused of appealing in a Saturday night incident at Social Nightclub, 112 W. Commerce Street, the city center.

A young officer worked at a secondary job at Social at 2:24 in the morning and was in his cross in front of the club, while the employers started to go out and saw a dark -haired woman passing by another woman sitting on a bar seat near the door.

The officer went to the location of the attack, where the security of the bar separated the women. “The victim was still sitting on the chair, while the attacker mixed in the crowd,” the report shows.

One witness said that the suspect woman had assaulted the victim woman, and the suspect now walks to the East on the sidewalk and pointed to an officer, including dark hair and green shoes, the report shows.

The report acknowledged that the officer recognized the woman, later identified as Barnette. Barnette told the officer that he had hit the victim because the victim spit her and called it a name. The officer detained Barnette.

The victim told the officer that he was talking to the bar manager when he was hit in front. She said the suspect had met the same man as her. The report said the victim said there was no previous altercation.

The bar manager said he spoke to the woman about 30 minutes before the suspect climbed and hit the victim, and the attack was “completely unprovocated”. The officer could see the swelling and the bruises develop over the right eye of the victim.

Barnette was taken to the county prison.
