Sarver man accused of stole 4 weapons in theft – Butler Eagle

Butler state police said that a man from Sarver broke it in a Saxonburg house and stole four weapons while the owner of the house was on vacation.

Jason Lee Armor, 45 years old, was accused of a number of crimes, each of theft, forbade a firearm, receiving stolen properties and criminal offenses, and an offense was every crime, each of possession of an instrument of a crime, of a possession of a controlled substance.

The police received a call from a woman on Knoch Road, who took care of two houses that her sister holds while her sister is on vacation. The appellant said that her sister’s houses were shattered and potentially thrown. She suspected that the perpetrator was still in one of the houses, the police said.

The appellant told the police that one of the houses seemed to be overturned, with open and thrown drawers and the lights left at the lower level. She told the police that she thought the culprit was still inside after seeing the fingerprints descending to the ground floor, the police said.

The police entered the house about an hour later and discovered transport weapons. The police said he ordered him to stop, and the armor entered a strongly wooded area, with sharp bushes and thorns. Finally, the officers caught him and put him in his handcuffs, finding a marijuana bag in his pocket, the police said.

In the wands of the armor worn, the police found a double rifle Baril Parker Brothers and its weapon housing, a Remington rifle .257 model 722 and its weapon housing, a wild rifle and its weapon housing and a Russian Mosin-Nagant M44 and its weapons housing.

The police said he spoke later with the owner of the house that confirmed the ownership of the weapons.

The preliminary hearing of Armor is scheduled for April 2 April 1 in front of district judge Jack Ripper.
