Mandate issued for Sarver Man accused of attack – Butler Eagle

Saxonburg – a judge of the Butler County district has requested a bank mandate for a Sarver man, accused of appearing, after not appearing for a preliminary hearing on Tuesday after – amy.

Paul Brasenitsch, 51 years old, has been accused of a number of strangulation offenses, three crimes of simple assault offenses and two charges of offenses to endanger children, after an alleged January 17 incident in Sarver.
