One of the “most desirable” FBI suspects, a supposed band leader, in the US Custody of New York

New York (Wabc) – One of the most sought after FBI is in US custody.

Francisco Javier Roman-Bardales, a high-ranking leader of the MS-13, pleaded innocent on Wednesday for the accusations contained in a four-account supply to accuse him of directing the illegal activities of MS-13 in the United States, El Salvador, Mexico and elsewhere in the last two decades.

He appeared in the federal court on the island of Long, where a judge ordered him to hold without bail.

Roman-Bardales has been a fugitive for almost three years and has been added to the “list of most fugitives of ten desired years” last month.

He was arrested on San Diego on Tuesday after being handed over by the Mexican authorities in Veracruz Monday.

Roman-Bardales is accused of conspiracy conspiracy, conspiracy to provide and hide material support and resources to terrorists, conspiracy of narco-terrorism and extraterrestrial smuggling conspiracy.

“MS-13 is a terrorist organization and this case reflects the commitment of the Ironclad Justice Department to put terrorists behind the bars,” said Prosecutor General Pam Bondi. “MS-13 members and similar groups should live in fear of knowing that we will hunt them, follow them and give them a quick American justice for their attractive crimes.”

Federal prosecutors have said that Roman-Bardales and its co-insults are part of the command and control structure of the MS-13, which have engaged in a liphania of violent activities aimed at influencing the El Salvador Government policies and in extending influence in the United States and Mexico.

According to the indictment, the Romanians falsified alliances with Mexican cartels and engaged in drug trafficking, contrabed with immigrants, extortion, kidnappings and weapons trafficking.

The Mexico’s MS-13 program killed some migrants for the United States, including suspects of the 18th Street Gang and MS-13 members trying to run MS-13 in El Salvador without permission.

Drug trafficking was an important part of the MS-13 money operation, especially in Mexico, and the defendants used the high membership in the MS-13 in the United States to generate financial support for the terrorist activities of MS-13 in El Salvador.
