His advice: If you hold a weapon in Texas, read the law to know your rights. However, he was able to provide a general overall image when it comes to using self -defense for properties.

“You are allowed in Texas to defend the property. You can defend your property. You can defend someone else’s property,” shellist said.

When it comes to the use of the fatal force, it is legal when someone commits fire, theft, robbery, theft during the night or criminal mistakes during the night.
