BHOPAL: The killing of a four -year -old boy from Gwalior left the police disturbed and unexpected, and not just for the brutality of the crime. The accused is a 12 -year -old girl, without a clear reason, reports P Naveen.
At one point, the girl claimed to be possessed by evil spirits. A female officer has pretended to be held by a deity, who eventually led to the girl’s confession, the police said. She led the police to the body, buried in a pit at a yard.
The case raised serious concerns about the girl’s mental state. The police said they would have it advised by an expert.
SP Dharamveer Yadav said that the victim, Devraj Vanshkar, was reported disappeared by his parents on Tuesday afternoon. His mother was working nearby when he suddenly realized that the boy was no longer around. She and her husband went to the police after looking in the area and fired a semi -finished product.
Police gathered CCTV images and found that the victim was last seen going with a 12 -year -old girl. When the police asked her, she insisted that they had traveled separated ways after a while and did not know where she was. The police were intrigued when the little things in her account continued to change.
