Houston man caught up with Bryan Airbnbs in multiple burglary reports

Bryan, Texas (KBTX) – the Bryan Police Department (BPD) arrested a man from Houston aimed at holiday rentals this week.

The investigation started last Wednesday, when BPD was called to a local Airbnb with reference to a theft. Next week, Bryan officers were called to four other burgal reports in Airbnbs.

“The forced entrance was discovered in each investigation and it seems that the flat -screen TVs were targeted in each location,” BPD wrote in a statement.

While investigating each burglary report, BPD said that sufficient evidence has been collected to identify the identification of a suspect.

This suspect was identified as Mikedrion Lister, 25 years old.

Investigators received a Lister mandate for two robberies. He was arrested on Tuesday and remains in the prison in Brazos county with $ 200,000 in bonds.

It was found that Lister has additional mandates from Harris County, including did not appear, housing burglary and detention or detention.

Bryan police included the following memory: “Be vigilant to post (reveal) online property photos, document serial numbers on valuable articles and report any suspicious activity you can see.”
