Who is Virginia Giuffre?

Virginia Giuffre, previously known as Virginia Roberts (her girl name), is one of the most important accusers of the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and also a campaign for victims of sex traffic.

She brought a case of defamation against Epstein in 2015, when he claimed that he, along with the former British socialist and condemned the sex offender Ghislaine Maxwell, treated her on sex when she was only 16 in 2000.

He also claimed that Epstein forced him to have sex with the Duke of York three times when he was 17 – in New York, London and the US Virgin Islands. Andrew has always repeatedly and vehemently denied requests.

At that time, the judge hit the accusation from the record and said that it is “immaterial and impertinent for central demand.”

But on August 9, 2019, the judicial documents in the case of 2015 were insecure and issued to the public.

The next day, Epstein, who was arrested on July 6 for the sexual trafficking of Florida and New York minors, was found dead in prison.

On November 16, 2019, Andrew gave his interview now infamous for BBCNewsnight, where he claimed he has “the memory of ever meeting”, Mrs. Giuffre, still denying the accusations against him.

As for Epstein, he said: “I stayed in a series of residences. At no time during the limited time I spent with him, I saw, confess or suspect such behavior that later led to his arrest and conviction.”

Duke said he couldn’t have sex with Mrs. Giuffre the night she claims to have taken her daughter Princess Beatrice At a Birth Party at Pizza Express in Woking, Surrey.

He also denied that his infamous image that seems to have his hand around a young Mrs. Giuffre was real, saying: “Listen, I don’t remember, I don’t remember that the photo has ever been taken.”

The interview led to a public reaction and days later, Andrew announced that he would give up his royal duties, adding that he has deeply sympathized with Epstein’s victims and all those who “want a form of closing.”

In December of that year, Mrs. Giuffre appeared BBCHis panorama, still accusing the Duke of York of abusing him sexually. The interview was recorded before Andrew, which was broadcast the previous month.

In it, she said, “He (he (Prince Andrew) knows what happened. I know what happened and only one of us tells the truth and I know that I am.

“I implore people in the UK to get up next to me, to help me fight with this fight, not to accept this as it was fine.”

She added: “This is not a sordid sex story. This is a story of being trafficked. This is a story of abuse and this is a story of your boys royalty.”

At that time, the Buckingham Palace launched a statement that wrote: “Any suggestion of improper with minor minors is definitely untrue.

“It is denied with emphatic that the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact with Virginia Roberts. Any opposite claim is false and without foundation.”

2021 Process against Prince Andrew

Mrs. Giuffre filed a lawsuit against the Duke of York in August 2021 for alleged sexual abuse.

In a statement to ABC, she said, “I am holding Prince Andrew responsible for what he did to me. The powerful and rich are not exempt from being responsible for their actions.

“I hope other victims will see that it is possible not to live in silence and fear, but she can recover her life speaking and asking justice.”

The following year, he reached a settlement outside the court with the prince for an undesirable amount. However, the settlement did not accept any responsibility.

A letter filed to the court announcing the settlement read: “Prince Andrew Intends to make a substantial donation for Mrs. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights.

Prince Andrew He never intended to malignant Mrs. Giuffre’s character and he accepts that she suffered as a consecrated victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks. “

The prince has always denied any offense.
