Endeavour announces total voting rights

London, April 2, 2025 – Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE: EDV, TSX: EDV) (“Company”)

The following notification is made in accordance with the orientation of the disclosure of the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom (“FCA”) of orientation and transparency 5.6.

As at the closing of the activity on March 31, 2025, the ordinary share capital of the company was 242,990.756 regular shares of $ 0.01 each. 182,900 ordinary shares were held in the cancellation of the treasury and, therefore, the total number of voting rights within the company was 242,807.856.

This figure for the total number of voting rights can be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they are asked to notify their interest or a change in their interest in the company in accordance with the disclosure guide and the transparency rules of the FCA.
