Palmer, Tenn. (WTVC)-Tennessee authorities are investigating a fatal hit accident.

Haley Layman, twenty -five, is experiencing accusations of Bobby Green’s death.

Bobby Green was hit by a car Monday night while riding a bicycle.

Bobby Green’s daughter says the driver posted on social networks following the accident.

“I will pray for you. I don’t hate you. I would just like to have made a different decision that night not drinking and driving,” said Clara Green.

This was Clara Green’s message to Layman, who was arrested by the Sheriff’s office in Grudy County, less than 24 hours after Bobby Green died.

A woman accused in a struck and driven death would have posted on social networks after the accident.

“She hit him so hard that he hurt, and broke his right leg and snatched pink on his right hand,” Clara Green described.

After being hit while walking her bicycle, Clara Green said that her father showed kindness by a neighbor in his last moments.

“He went and received a flashlight and found him, and she went and received a blanket for him because he said it was cold and sat there and prayed with him,” Clara Green said.

Bobby Green died within minutes of being in the ambulance, said his daughter.

Layman didn’t call 911.

“All I can say is that I would just like to have done the right thing,” said Clara Green.

A police report says that Layman acknowledged that he drank when the accident happened and that he drove his car in a nearby county to receive repairs in the effort to cover his crime.

“The Tennessee Highway Patrol officer said he had a piece of lighthouse and things, and then someone else said the windshield wipe was also torn from the car,” Clara Green said.

Clara Green said that Layman shared a post from the sheriff’s office about the Facebook accident in the hours before arresting her troops.

One of the alleged stages of the laity said: “Rest in peace Bobby Dan. You will be missing so much.”

Clara Green says her father has fought with homes and drugs over the years.

“I know it wasn’t always the best when it was on these things, but when it wasn’t, it was good. It was good and it wasn’t worth it,” said Clara Green.

However, he loved him unconditionally. In the memory of her father, Clara Green wants those who fight with the addiction to know that the help is there.

“If you are on it, you can receive help, so you should never be in the situation where you are homeless and bicycle at the store, because you do not have a vehicle,” said Clara Green.

The green family set up a GoFundme To help with the funeral expenses.
