Ellenville woman arrested in case of burglary, say deputies from Ulster County

Ellenville-deputies from the Sheriff’s office in Ulster County arrested a 44-year-old woman from Ellenville in connection with a theft.

On January 28, the Sheriff’s office in Ulster County received a report of a theft on Otens Road from Wawarsing.

An investigation has established that a person forced the entry into the residence and caused damage inside.

The deputies identified a person of interest and, on February 1, located and arrested Brenda Fulton, 44, from Ellenville.

Fulton has been accused of burglary of the third degree, a criminal offense and criminal evil of the fourth, an offense.

It was processed and issued with a ticket for a new court in the city of Wawarsing Justice Court.
